About

Your Expert Sleep Consultant

I’m Jess, and I currently live in the Southwest of WA, Wadandi Boodja.

 

My husband and I both grew up in this region, and after years of traveling, we decided that there’s truly no better place than home to raise our children. My journey with sleep began when our first child turned one. Born at 32 weeks via an emergency cesarean, he spent over five weeks in the NICU.

 

After those initial stressful months with a newborn, compounded by the onset of COVID-19, we developed significant negative sleep props. I reached a point where I realised change was necessary — I was exhausted and convinced there had to be a better way. Over the course of 12 months, we tried two different sleep consultants with little success.

 

Determined to find a solution, my husband and I decided to try once more, and I discovered a Sleep Sense consultant. To our amazement, within just three nights of sleep training, our routine transformed. We went from spending an hour holding his hand to fall asleep, enduring multiple night wakings and early risings, to him falling asleep independently and sleeping through the night.


This experience was life-changing. With proper rest, I gained energy and experienced a significant improvement in my mental health, making me not only a better, more patient mother but a better partner as well. Understanding the science of sleep and receiving ongoing support from our Sleep Sense consultant enabled us to confidently manage any sleep disruptions, whether due to illness or other factors.


When our second child arrived, I was determined to apply the right sleep training.Despite his different temperament, we quickly learned how to help him sleep through the night. Two kids is no walk in the park, but having two kids who sleep well is a game changer. As I prepared to return to work, I knew becoming a Sleep Sense consultant was my path.


Sharing the gift of lifelong sleep skills, through education and a holistic approach, has the power to enhance the well-being of entire families.

The Complete Package

$300

The Complete Support Package is crafted to help your little one develop essential sleep skills, steering them towards independent and restful sleep. With direct contact through daily text messages, you can ask any questions or request tweaks as needed.

 

What's included:

  • Questionnaire: to gather detailed information about your little one’s current sleep situation, ensuring a personalised approach tailored to your child's unique needs.

  • Tailored Sleep Plan: a customised, printable Sleep Plan crafted specifically for your child’s needs,
    including an ideal daily schedule to establish a consistent routine.

  • Sleep Logs: tools to track your child's sleep progress, allowing for adjustments and refinements
    to the plan based on real-time observations.

  • 60-90 Minute Online Virtual Consultation: a scheduled virtual meeting to thoroughly discuss the sleep plan, address any initial
    questions, and provide guidance on implementing the strategies effectively.

  • 2.5 weeks unlimited text support

  • 4 scheduled phone calls.

Email Support Package

$250

The Email Support Package is designed to provide guidance and support for parents who prefer consistent communication through email. This package caters to parents

who want advice on helping their child develop healthy sleep habits, but with the flexibility and convenience of email communication.

 

What's included:

  • Questionnaire: to gather detailed information about your little one’s current sleep situation, ensuring a personalised approach tailored to your child's unique needs.

  • Tailored Sleep Plan: a customised, printable Sleep Plan crafted specifically for your child’s needs,
    including an ideal daily schedule to establish a consistent routine.
